ls6 swap need tune help asap!!!

Well after three months of saving and spending my 01 ws6 is finally back on the road. Just finished doing a crate ls6 swap and now in need of a tune asap. the car runs well with the stock ls1 comp but i know its not running to full potental. i purchassed a diablo sport tunner for it to try and turn off the ses light for the car having long tubes and no o2's but the new ones wont alow me to. Was wondering if someone can installl a tune into my handheld to one fix this issue and also if a stock ls6 comp tune can be installed. or, if i should just have a hard tune done to my comp and try and return my handheld tuner. any help would be greatley appreciatted.
