looking for a tune.
is there any way to run 2 tunes?
Tune 1 would be performance geared. Tune 2 would be more for fuel efficiency.

if you have the software, such as hptuners, to flash back and forth you can. You'd have to flash the appropriate tune when you needed it.

Why don't you just dial in your 'performance' tune to get the mileage? It's not like getting good cruising mileage has anything to do with WOT...

from what ive heard if your tuned for performance its not going to be as fuel efficient under the same load as if it was tuned for efficiency. ive been able to get some pretty decent mileage out of my ta by staying off the throttle, i just dont want to throw on a tune and have mileage go to shit. The car is a DD so any little upgrade i do cannot make it unstreetable, either in driveablity or in fuel economy

during cruising situations the car is going to work to achieve 14.7:1 so your cruising fuel mileage should stay the same. When people do the performance part of it they're usually leaning you out under WOT conditions which is just a multiplier to the 14.7:1 so you'd actually be using less gas in wot conditions than normal. The problem is when people get a tune they get into it more often which will make their overall mileage drop.

if im reading this right a tune will make little to no difference in driving around town or on the highway unless i hit WOT.

well frost is right next door to me, literally, i hear them dynoin shit all the time. but it would be a waste to get a tune then throw on headers, y pipe, and a new cam. you would be going bass ackwards.
