Just put headers and y pipe no cats light on

I need to get my car tuned for no cats and headers. It still has the 02 sensors. It is missing now. People have told me that I need to get it tuned. I live in the dallas texas area. Where can i go to get this done? Also, will a hypertech do the trick? This is my first ls1 and I dont know much about them thanks

hypertech should be able to delete the DTC codes if that is all your wanting. you could also get )2 simms.

First thing I'd do is get all the codes read, places like auto zone will read them free, write them down and post. Did you delete secondary air, egr along with the cats? If the car is "missing" my first thought is a plug/wire issue. No air, egr, cats will set codes, but shouldn't affect driveability.

its not missing, just seems hesitant when at low rpms. When the a/c is off, it doesnt seem as bad.

I have EFI live and will be in FT worth on MON 14-wed 16th. I just got it but I think I can disable the EGR and stuff like that.
