"G" is #7 - You can also tell by the last digit of the code.

ok... i replaced the coil and that wasn't the answer... so spark plug time... and if that don't work... plug wire time... and if that don't work i'm going to shoot my car like it's a lame horse...

    thanks!!!

I think something else is going on, maybe a wiring issue or something? You could pull that plug/wire and swap it with #3 and see if the code moves. If it doesn't time to visit gearchatter.com for troubleshooting. Did you clear the code and it came right back?

well... i pulled the plug to see if it was sparking... no spark... tryed a new plug... still no spark...

new coil.. still no spark with 3 different plugs... and a new plug wire...

so i'm guessing that either the coil pack wire harness has a break in it or when i had my clutch replaced they may have snagged a wire else where...
