    HPtuner code removal question????

    Installing long tube headers and removing the A.I.R. system. What code exactly do I have to disable in the DTC section? Could someone explain in detail? Thanks, Larry.

    Here are the AIR codes Predator let's you delete: P0410, P0412, P0418, P1415, P1416.

    Thanks, I guess now what I need to know is what exactly you do in HPtuner with these codes.
    I have several choices of simply disable, no SES light,,,etc.....and I am not sure if the code still needs to be read by the computer but the SES light is just taken out of the equation. Much like I did with the rear 02 sensors?

    Anyone?

    uncheckmark the SES enable column. then, set the status to 3 - no report. all the checkmark does is turn the light on. the other one 0, 1, 2, 3 can still report the code. so, if you leave it on 1, when you go to read the codes, it will be there.
