Does anyone roam around on HPtunerforum's? I can not open any of the files the members post. Files of the tune etc. I tried on another computer and it keeps telling me I need to find a device to open them with. WTH do I need to do?

you need to download the software and install it to view them.

So the software they ship to me, I download onto my computer.. and that allows me to view? Cool, cant wait for it to get here.
You guys just convinced me to spend 800 bucks! I hope I can figure this stuff out and get my car tuned, I have a long road ahead of me.

my bad....I just went and looked and you have to be a current customer. You'll get an email if I recall correctly before you get your cable and it'll have your serial number that you use to log in with.

na, it's easy. You don't log into the forum....you log in from their main page and then go to the customer center. There's also a tune repository that has a pretty decent amount of tunes in it. Be patient young grasshopper.
