How do I tell what PCM

Ok my car is a 98 T/A but before I bought it the engine was replaced with a 99+ and IM not sure if they replaced the PCM with a 99 or what they did. Im wanting to get a mail tune (from frost) and need to find out what year it is. Is there a way to do so?

    Hey Justin,

It really almost HAS to still be a 98. The checkouts are different because the 99-02 PCM weigh in at just over 4lbs and the 97(vette)-98 PCMs are around 6lbs.

Use either checkout though; I'll make sure you are straight.

    Thanks!!

....BTW. VERY shortly now, there will be a two-week dyno special. Since you are so close by, think about the possibility of waiting for dyno tuning!
