Help with tuning 02 corvette

I've got a 2002 corvette and I'm wondering where I should take it to be tuned, and how much power I should expect it to put to the ground. I have a guy that says he will tune it for $200, he has all the hptuners software and has an ls1 Camaro running 8.80 1/4 miles so I think he has a general idea of what he's doing, but should I have it dyno tuned? Right now it runs like crap on low rpms. It's running lean, but when you give it gas it smooths out and the fumes from the exhaust are really bad, I can tell it needs tuned. Here is the mod list. I'd really like to know what kind of power I can expect.
6.0 LQ4 block
ported LS6 intake
Kooks long tube headers 1 7/8
Factory mufflers
Texas speed PRC 2.5 heads
Texas speed torquer V2 cam 232/234 .598/595
Vararam CAI
Vigilante 3800 Stall converter
RPM Built Stage IV trans

You don't necessarily need a tune on a dyno. As far as power...I'd guess about 435-450rwhp. So many variables affect that number though.

You will need a wideband O2 sensor to tune it properly and this should be interfaced with HP Tuners by creating a new PID.

Check into using Chuck Cow. He enjoys a great reputation on Corvette Forums. Probably can just Google him.
