do'es my PCM need retuning WOT AFR 11.5
I had my car scanned w/ HP tuners last May man told me the AFR is Fat at WOT AFR of 11.5.1
well I finially connected my AEM analog wide band and verified this WOT AFR
it is 11.5.1 it dosn't go directly to the 11.5.1 it creeps simintanously w/ the RPMs
at in gear idel it fuclshoates between 14-15 same w/ part throttle. (mainly staying at 14.5.1
just curious if this 11.5 WOT AFR is damaging the engine?
and if the PCM was professionally tuned to a more desirable WOT AFR how much more power if any can I expect?

It's not gonna hurt anything but there is some power left on the table. It might be 5rwhp and it might be as much as 20; no way to know without a dyno.

video of WB
would a video of the wide band & tach. reveal how well the tune is?
I'm a little leary of the dyno machice after a Buddys car blew up on one
plus my car has 112K miles.
if I was able to send you the scan of my tune could you tell how much power is left on the table?
also the scan was done w/ motor turned off and only ignition on.
thanks Mr.FrostLast edited by qwik219d9; 09-13-2010 at 05:23 PM.

Still frustrated I can't take enough time off to schedule an appointment to drive down there and have him work his magic on my Z
