Difference in Altitude vs Tuning
My car is tuned in SC 292ft but I recently went to Texas 827ft (SD tune). What differences will the car experience with out having a re-tune? if at all...

If your tuner was thorough, all will still be well.

Im pretty confident in his abilities I have yet to hear anything bad about him or his tuning's. One thing I personally noticed was it appears to be running a little bit richer there then SC. I was recently home (SC) on leave from Iraq and drove it, ran a stang did a shift from 5th gear cruising to 3rd and hit it to get a jump on this guy and had a clean run if you will....did the same type "run" in TX and I would get a puff of smoke out the exhaust... my first intial though that the car is running little richer then normal... just got me to thinking what would cause this...

Incomplete VE mapping can cause this... The area was previously just 'below' WOT on the VE is now WOT. This area can be difficult to tune because you jumped right through it in SC whereas you are sitting on it now in TX. It wouldn't hurt to have a local go through and JUST touch your VE where it sits for WOT right now.
