Does anybody have custom tunes for a 99 T/A?

or are you just asking in general, like where you could download custom tunes??

well, can't download any custom tunes from anywhere.... there are none available... you would need to have one made specifically for your vehicle... either through an email tune by sending a CMR tuner/dealer a copy of the tune file from your car and telling them what mods you have on your car - they would then email you a new custom tune file back and you'd need to import it into your predator...

or...

by physically going to a CMR dealer/tuner and putting your car on the dyno and have them create you a custom tune, and then import it into your predator for ya.

the tunes are tied/locked to your VIN number and also a serial number from your predator, so using someone elses tune file doesn't work anyway.

what things are you looking to have a tune made for??

I still need to get the graphs up....

I have graphs of an 05 GTO, an 03 Silverado, and an '00 F-body ALL making more HP with their STOCK files than the Predator's "power tunes".

All of them were boltons cars, the GTO and F-body had headers, they all knocked HARD (audibly) on the dyno with the Predator tune. A full pull was never made with the GTO because it knocked so badly.

really?? that's odd...

I have dyno charts of 05/06 gto's, 05/06 vettes, 06 monte/impala SS, and 05 to 08 silverados/sierras, all making more power than stock... ranging from 15 - 25 more hp/tq... and very little logged KR, if any at all... and definitely none of them have any audible knock...

perhaps it was bad gas in the vehicles... or wrong octane for the installed tune??

GM HighTech Performance mag did a shoot out last month of all the handheld tuners, diablosport being one of them, and they used a '99 Ls1 Z28... the predator performed the best on the track, gave the most gains, and they were even able to bump up the timing more than the canned tune, and they had no knock at all...

My results are firsthand, and not obscured. They were all just guys in on the dyno and I convinced them to put it back to stock and see what it did. The AFR was changed very little, but the cars knock. All of them were running premium fuel. This was on an unloaded DJ224, so you *know* if it did on the rollers that it'll do it worse on the street.
