I'm thinking of taking my car there (2000 T/A non-WS6, A4) for a dyno tune. The total cost is just under $500. Any comments about this place? What's their rep? Thanks!

I think $500 is excessive

Have Frost Mail order tune it for you

Unless of course you are running turbo's or some other super mods

Due a you tube search and a search here you will get all the info on that shop that you will need

I don't know the shop, their reputation, or your mods, but for full tuning in-person with a wideband they may be about where you should expect price-wise.

If it were me, tuning a car with stock internals, tuning would run about $350 including dyno time and for N/A cars with internal mods would be $450-475 including dyno time.
