Oh and by the way I'm not bashing them at all, they did an amazing job on the car and the have the sickest new style red chevy 1500 short bed that has a turbo pushing 10 psi making 680 rwhp, so they definitely know what they are doing!!!!

yeah....1133 and 1153 are switching codes for both front O2's. That doesn't mean you're lean. Go to gearchatter.com and look up those codes....it'll give you a better understanding of what's going on with the O2's. How many miles are on your O2's? Might want to replace them with bosch 13111 sensors......after I did that no more switching or heater codes which are very common after header swaps due to the fact the sensors are moved further down the exhaust stream where it's cooler.

Those codes do not affect performance. Nelson is a respected shop and a known-good tuner.

right.....I was thinking more along the lines of those O2's most likely need swapped out whether they're the root issue or not. He said earlier they had to move one from the rear forward so that leads me to believe they probably have some miles on them.

I replaced one when I got the car 2 years ago and it has maybe 15000 miles on it,the other however could be the original. I will be extremely happy if swapping out my 02s solves the problem. Hell as long as its nothing major ill be happy, hopefully ill be taking it in Friday and ill have a solution within a few hrs that day. Why do 02s affect these cars so badly, the ones in my truck are bad and it still runs fine. Could an alternator affect fuel pressure at point in time?

Like Orion said, with slow switching codes, the 02's are lazy for what ever reason. Further down stream with long tube headers is one issue.

I'd take Orion's advice and switch them with a set of bosch 13111's and get rid of the extensions at the same time. They are a consumable anyway and should be part of regular tuneup interval changes. Usually 40-50,000 miles.
They only affect part throttle fueling.

If Frost and Orion are saying it's a reputable shop, I'd bank on it. I'm sure they'll figure it out for you.

I know they are reputable that's why I went there, I'm not in any way doubting them, however if I have a mechanical issue I would like to know if the tune may have brought it out more. I have no problem with fixing the part I just wanna know what it is. Also I just drove the car to wal mart, very rough cold start up,I took it easy on the way to the store, then took the long way home to try it out,ran like a beast and had no issues. I also noticed my volts were way up from usual for the car, around 14 or so. Could it be my alternator acting up causing the majority of the problem? Also my 02s were spliced and extended by the shop,no extension piece. Oh also I haven't had the 1133 and 1153 code since I cleared it.

Ok I went to the shop today, car has been issue free for 3 days, driver side o2 is lazy and my voltage is low due to a weak alternator. Other than that cars run extremely well and I definitely recommend nelson performance for any tune and installation. Customer service was great and the car pulls so much harder now, nelson performance....my hat goes off to you!

ok little update on this, problem came back, took it to the dealership, the problem was intermittently getting worse and worse, when they installed the headers or new motor mounts the pigtail wiring harness going to my crankshaft position sensor got pinched and 2 of the wires were cut half way through, and one wasnt even connected.
