    They suck-
When you get headers/cam/heads then you go to get the car tuned by a technician.
Don't buy one even if you see it for cheap.

I have had a Hypertech power programmer since around 2000 about a year after I bought the car, it was just about the only handheld tuner you could get back then so I decided to get it, it worked fine at first with somewhat noticeable gains but after a couple of times using the different tunes it began to run slower and slower during the different times that I was messing around with different settings and even gave me an error message, after looking in the instructions and seeing that there is a chance that it might turn my cars computer into a brick if the tune fails to install I decided not to mess with it anymore and just boxed it up and haven't used it since, I will probably sell it if I can find someone willing to buy it, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew ahead of time how much trouble I would have with it, there are far better tuners out there now from what I hear, good luck.

I've used the Hypertech III Power Programmer, and I thought it worked really well!
