auto shift points?

i have a hypertech and 4 10 gears (wish they were 373).i need some advice on were to set the + - mphs so it wont hit the rev limiter.i am looking to raise the points but with the gears its harder.

you have to refigure the mph at the rpm where you want it to shift at. does, the HPP3 have 4.10 as an option?

yep its set at 4 10

i used to have 4.10 gears in my auto. great acceleration. just topped out too soon.

what you need to do is drive the car in 1st gear to max rpm and see what mph it is at. then change the mph shift point appropriately.

yea love the go power but hate the gas mi. like to change to 3 73 bought the car with 4 10,it seems like after it is in 4th and stomp on it it hits 6200 at about 70mph

Try these
1-->2 shift 29mph
2-->3 shift 60mph
3-->4 shift 91mph
P.S. I came up with these tables on HPTuners I'm not familiar with the hypertech, sorry.
