Actual HP gains on handhelds
Looking to buy a handheld tuner for 5.3 and curious to know what u can get out of one. Mainly looking at superchips, hypertech, or diablo. Prolly change out exhaust as well. Just need something simple as it is for the wifeys 2008 Tahoe. Thanks.

Might be tough finding dyno numbers for a tahoe. The canned tunes vary depending on the make/model of car. The hpp3 for the f-bodies made the cars really lean and not much in the way of gains come out of the hpp3. I would either look at getting a handheld that is flexible so you can adjust the tune some or getting a full editor and have complete control over the tune.
