99 TA has low idle after cumpter install.
The small wire going to the alternator had no voltage coming from it, I was told by the dealer Tech, so I was told that the wire was burned inside of the cumpter, car now charging but idle is around 400rpms at startup and gets to 500 rpms after warming up, why I'm I having this problem? started after installing of new cumpter. Is it ecm or is it called a cumpter?

Did they install a new, remanufactured, or junkyard PCM in your car?

The PCM was put in at a dealership here so I would hope that they would have installed a new one, did they flash it I have no Ideal, what does flash means? yes I drove the car home but the IAC motor don't work anymore, have fire on one pin in the IAC wire not all four, didn't have this problem until dealer tech installed new PCM. they tried to cover this problem up by idling the engine up, why is there fire on only one pin and not all four? Can this plug be tested with a test light like I did or do I need some other devise to check it?

I would have to check the schematic to see what each wire's function is. My guess is that at least one wire is a 5V supply and another is a ground. The remaining two are probably the signal back to the PCM in volts.
