    98 z28 not starting

in between runs at the track i attempted to adjust my shift points with a hypertech programmer and it was not finished when i had to move so i unplugged it and tried to start but the car would not start ..now the programmer will not complete programming car will just crank.. i tried plugging my scanner in but it says linking not available .. i did notice that i do not hear the fuel pump whine when i turn the key ... any ideas on how to remedy this or do i need a new computer?

It sounds as though the PCM is the issue. If you have a good shop nearby, they may be able to re-flash the PCM back to a factory tune. If not, you could order a new PCM from Frost.
