01 ws6 VS 02 c5 tuning

I was wondering what vehicle would see more gains, and why. here are the mods

01ws6- longtubes, ory, borla catback. lid, k&n filter, port n polished throttle body, ngk tr55's 8mm wires

02 c5- dynatech supermaxx long tubes, orX, borla stingers, donaldson blackwing, port n polished throttle body

so which vehicle would see more from a tune? the t/a has a base tune, just so i could get the car through inspection with the lt's. The vette has NOT been tuned at all
