00 Z28 Knock sensor issue

How hard is it to change the knock sensor on a 00 Z28. I know on the LT1 models there really easy and heard the exact opposite for the LS1 motors. Does anyone know, thanks in advance.

There are two knock sensors, both under the intake. Since it requires removing it I'd replace both along with the harness.
