    What series gears???

    My brother has a 95 T/A with A4 2.73 gears.... he has a set of Richmond 3.42's but we don't know if they are 2 series or 3 series... How can we tell? We don't want to tear it all down just to find out. We don't have the correct box for the gears anymore. Is there a measurment we can do or something to find out? Or anyway of knowing????

    Should just be able to call Richmond and give them the casting #.
