    what gains would i expect

    right now im at 13.08 i have the steel drive shaft and 10 bolt with 2.73

    if i get the 3 inch al. and 12 bolt 3.73 and traction permits think i could shave off a .5 sec and get my 12.5 et

    You will deffinately get your .5 - are you on street tires now? with DR's or slicks you will slice off more than .5

    I'd keep the steel driveshaft. When you start hooking up with the 12 bolt and slicks the aluminum ones break. Torque convertor will get you there too.

    .2 -.3 at best with gear change on motor. I went from 13.4 with 3.23 to 13.03 with 4.10. Nitrous was another story..... 12.4 with 3.23 to 11.73 with 4.10 both with 125 hp shot.

    So you ran a 13.08...what was your reaction time? If it was .300, bracket racing wise, you already have a 12.78 car. Of course you better hit that light perfecto.

    my reation time is usuall .07 - .16 anyway the time 13.08 is a corrected time doesn't matter if i had a 1.1 rt it woulkd still be 13.0

    I'm confused.. I thought anything below .5 was redlighting, thus losing.... atleast the track here is like that... a .500 is a "perfect" light....
