well it's a brand new one. my original one got ruined by blowing out my tire. it hit a curb really hard and i got a new one for hardly anything. so I am sticking with it.

also. I don't have a daily driver so I couldn't really do anything too extreme with my car, because I still need to get gas mileage. if it weren't for that I would already have the sts turbo kit on my car right now.

+1 i just got my car dynoed about five weeks a go and i got 341.8 hp at the wheels, with 351.6 ft lbs of tq , im only runing a 255 wide street tire with a 2600 rpm start, i broke my left axle, if i where u i would save up for a 9 inch or a 12 bolt, im geting moser axles to day for my stock 10 bolt just so i can keep racing while i start building up a 12 bolt for my car, im thinking about a 12 bolt with t/a diff cover some 33 spine axles with a locker, and 373 or 411's

Woohooo... I just got a Moser 9" with a sliding torque arm setup with a DSL for a good deal! It'll be a few weeks before I get it in though. I can't wait to feel the 4.11's!

I got head work and full valve train with full bolt ons. I had it dyno'd on a different dyno my dad's friend owns this last weekend. his dyno said that. the torque was at 2400. the hp was at 5400. I need a cam to really take advantage of everything I have done.

that's where the hp is the torque dies off really quick. max torque is higher, but at 2400 is where it's the highest for the rpm. I'm going back there next weekend and he is going to try it with new injectors. it was leaning out fairly quick. stock injectors are not big enough for anything on lt1's.

I'll post it when I go back over there. we were just messing around with his new dyno. we did mine just for a test to see how the dyno was working. his corvette with sts twin turbo is what we were really paying attention to. his first run he hit 470 and we changed out the injectors for a little bigger than what sts recommended and got it to quit leaning out and hit 510. then we still weren't happy with it so we wanted to make sure the dyno was not messing up and we put mine on there. we still aren't sure about the dyno, but on the a/f guage I was really lean over 2600rpms. we were thinking it is off. he is getting the company that installed it for him to come out and calibrate it again. so those numbers might be off. but a/f my car was leaning out at lower rpms. My motor is built pretty well though. it tore up my tranny once already. I had a little help and rebuilt it with a stage 2 rebuild kit that my uncle found a good deal on. supposedly my tranny will handle 400hp now, but after the head work the tranny lasted all of 2 weeks. when it slips everytime you floor it and changing the tranny fluid doesn't help you know your clutches are going out.
