If you haven't already, take the driveshaft out and take it to a driveshaft shop so they can match up your u-joint to the replacement. Have the balance checked as well while the shaft is there.

extreme dimensions, driveshaft shop, harrop, hid(35watt/6k) lows, hurst, k&n, led fogs, maverick man, mishimoto, nitto, revshift, slp, stern st-1, smoked sidemarkers, whiteline poly radius rod bushings

Most likely you have a 1350 series u-joint -- if the driveshaft was also upgraded along with the rear. If not, it is possible that you have a combo u-joint that runs different size caps. This should help you determine what you have: U-Joint series identification

My advice would be to call the place your got your rear end and driveshaft from. They will answer this spot on.

IF, when you got the moser 12 bolt you didn't change the shaft then you should have a 2-1153 joint from neapco

IF, you did change the shaft when you went to the moser 12 blt then you should have a 5-178x or 5-1350x joint from spicer.

IF, half the joint has inside clips and the other half outside clips - 2-1153
IF, the entire joint uses outside clips - 5-178x or 5-1350x

ON the strange chance moser did what they sometimes do then you have and need a 5-212x
