Traction control shuts off by itself

Not that I care too much about it.
It shuts off mostly when it rains out. Most important time
I would like to have it on. I have a 95 TA. Any help
is appreciated.

when the traction control shuts off, do you also get an ABS light?
do you get it at any other times besides the rain?
if so, you may have a bad (or dirty) wheel speed sensor.
I suggest going to your local auto parts store and have them read the stored DTCs (codes). then have them clear them. If it happens again, get them read and see what code it is, if you can't determine it from the first time.

No abs light comes on. Now it shuts off almost all the time now.
I will check on the codes.
