    Post Torque specs please

    Does anyone have the bolt torque spec for the rear lower control arm for a 1999 f-body, I replaced my stock bushings with energy poly's and I tightened the hell o ut of them but I just want to make sure they are at the proper spec. Any info or links would be great.
