well to beef up the stock 10 bolt...get C-clip emininators..also there are bracing for the diff cover ect that will help control flexing(which changes the contact patch for the teeth ..which causes failure(biggest problem with the 10 bolt)) beefier axles..you can always freeze the gears in some mikonite process..email/pm mrr23...he did it do his 10 bolt...but yea c-clip and flex is the biggest weakness...i believe moser has c clip eliminators for the 10 bolt and look around for differential bracing. that will allow your 10 bolt to handle more power...how much...i dont know .....but 12 bolt or 9" are always a option..along with the dana60...i will eventually go with either the moser m9 or strange 12...leaning more to the m9.

Maybe you can't but instead of wasting time arguing about it. A thread is worth a thousand words!!!! My 10 bolts still intact and turns 1.6x 60 ft times every Sunday afternoon!!!

I also read that completely welding the axle tubes to the housing helps a bit too. Anyway just save your money for a 9". By the time you strengthen up the a 10bolt some you'll have half the cost of a 9 into it.

no one on here needs a modified LS1 either. If I didn't find a deal like I did I would have got one just for the extra looks of it.
