    Holy carnage!

I noticed that your u-joints do not extend the full width of the yoke's saddle. I had to replace my rear u-joint earlier this year and it looks exactly like yours. Since you snapped the shaft and not the driveshaft yoke, I guess I won't worry about it.

Go aluminum, and go PST. Rated at 1200 HP, and a lifetime warranty I believe. I have no reason to not like mine yet. Your lucky that's all the damage that happened, could have been worse. If you plan on putting a slick tire on the car, I would opt for the extra 120 bucks for the DS safety loop.

    Been there done that.

Personally I'd rather have a 3' steel/chromoly than the 3.5' aluminum one but the PST should be fine. I recomend the Strange 3' chromoly.

I also got the PST from EPP.

As far as the DS SL, which one did you get? Are there any that bolt on without dropping the DS?

Yes, there is a DS SL that is a two piece. It does not require you to drop the DS, Its been so long since looking, I forgot the brand. A quick search on the boards will show it.
