Slave Cylinder Shim needed ?
I am currently installing a new clutch/slave/etc in my 2000 SS due to the slave blowing out.
I ordered the upgraded gm slave from the WS6 store.
The new slave is slightly thinner than the one that was in the car-i'm not sure if it is original or a replacement.
The two bolts bottom out right before they touch the new slave.
Do i need a shim behind the slave? or can I use a washer on each bolt to take up the slack?
Has anyone experienced this? The slave appears to be the correct one.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Washers on the outside to 'shorten' the bolts worked fine.
