Rear End Broke?

( i know it sounds like a dumb question but i just want to make sure its nothing)I know about the clunking but when iam just driving around i don't hear anything, but when i get on it i don't know what iam hearing but it sounds and feels like wheel hop but i never had that prob on the street until this last weekend coming back from the track. Should i put more or less air in the bags( i think i didnt even let out air from the bags since the track 20 psi), i haven't seen anything out of the ordinary under there. Its a first for me thanks for the help.

Buddy of mine just blew his 04 gto rear still drives but he gets wheel hop and one wheel burn outs also smells like burnt gear oil he only has 30xxx miles on it but he runs at the track often
