need to know everything i need to swap a auto in to a 6 speed

trans, shifter flywheel and clutch, slave cyl. clutch master cyl, and lines, pedals, crossmember, thats all i can think of off the top of my head

First you're going to need a 4L60E (of course lol). With that you will need the automatic trans shifter assembly, a flexplate and torque converter, an F-body 4L60E crossmember, an automatic trans pedal setup out of an F-Body, the transmission cooler lines and possibly a modified radiater to install them in, an auto trans F-Body driveshaft, an auto trans center console, and the ECU out of a 2002 LS1 automatic F-Body.

There are a few other little things I'm sure (fluids, ect.), but those are the main things that you will need

EDIT: Looks like you want to swap your auto FOR a 6 speed...here's a revised list:

You're going to need an F-Body T56 Transmission. You'll need a shifter, Pro 5.0 and B&M Billet Plus are very good. You'll also need a flywheel and clutch kit, many people like the LS6/LS7 clutch kit for a car thats either stock or has a few bolt ons. You'll need an F-Body T56 crossmember, a manual trans pedal setup out of an F-Body, a Manual trans Aluminim driveshaft out of an F-Body, the Manual trans center console, and the ECU out of an '02 LS1/T56 F-Body

he wants to go to a m6 he is already a a4.

Damn...thats what I wrote the first time and edited it...but read the title:

"swap a auto IN TO a 6 speed"

I interpreted that as swapping an automatic into a 6 speed car.
