    are my mounts bad trans/motor

    well i just noticed that my shifter moves and motor also would that be it most times its like in the you tube link

    Agree. Easy to inspect the mounts and see what is happening. You can use a pry bar to carefully apply pressure to the engine and transmission to see if the mounts are broken or deteriorated. Start with the trans mount.

    Interesting. My car did this (to a lesser degree) before I switched to my MGW shifter. What are some other symptoms of loose mounts?

    Excessive movement of the shifter, and other drivetrain componants. Usually noises related to the exhaust hitting the floor, or other componants, and possibly feeling it through the floor.

    well i got my car looked at and all is good btw the video was not of my car my car just has very little movement this was the worst video i could find of it on the internet

    and when they had my car up they showed me it had sub frame connectors and i just ordered some slp ones so had to cancel that order are the kenny brown ones good?

    I am not familiar with Kenny Brown SFC. Most are good in the case of tying up the front half with the back half of the unibody.
