What ever you do Don't waste your money on 3.73's. Go at least 4.10's with a 6 speed. I had 3.90's with my stock 10 bolt and it was ok. I went to 4.30's in my new 9". 4.10's you'll be going at around 2000-2100 rpm at 75 mph in 6th gear. and you'll still get around 25 mpg when you drive. 3.73's are a huge waste of money with a 6 speed.

My gas milaege didn't drop even one whole mile per gallon goin from 3:42s to 4:10s. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

I have 4.11's behind an auto and with combined hwy/city I got roughly 20 mpg with a 3600 stall.
