let's talk about nuts.
Long story short I put new wheels on the car and I used those lug nuts that they sell on the auto parts. After putting and taking them off the chrome is caming off, now they have rust.

Sounds like cheaper knock-offs which probably had very thin chrome plating on them.

Where can I get some better ones. I was thinking something like stainless steel one(if they even make them). Kind of sucks having new wheels and rusty lug nuts.

I bought some from Discount Tire where I bought my wheels from on a car I used to own. They didn't rust after 10 years.
I would think any tire place or online at a place that sells wheels.

You have got to take better care of your nuts. I polish mine quite frequently, sometimes I get lucky and the wife polishes them for me.
