Independent Rear Suspension
Heres a thought I had. Any know of any F-bodys or what it would take to convert one into a Independent Rear Suspention?
I guess a four link is like that, but are those hard to do?
If GTOs and Vettes have it, whats to say a F-body cant do it.
Ok vettes have that weird torque tube and trans axle with that leaf spring in the middle, but what about the GTO?
What can the CV shafts take in regards to power?
I think it would be cool for one. It would eliminate the 10 bolt curse. How reliable are the rearends on GTOs?Turbo build 99.9% complete

The unsprung weight would be a plus and you exhaust would be smoother with the exhaust path altered UNDER the rearend instead of our traditional over with hardly any loss in ground clearance. and drag racing? Im sure you can beef up this set up to handle drag racing. People race vettes all the time.
