Midnight Blue Metallic- 2000 Trans Am WS6 Conv.
I have a vibration.
The trans mount was bad on my car and I had an energy suspension poly mount installed and now I have a bad vibration that I can't figure out. It does it even when it is idleing. Does anyone have any ideas?

Any codes? Could be a dirty MAF - try cleaning it. Possibly a misfire as well.

It has been throwing codes like crazy but it is because I put a K&N filter in it a couple weeks ago. It started running like shit then I put in a regular filter in and it was fine for a day or two then it threw a code today and it is running lean on the left and right bank. I figured the car would regulate itself in a couple of days but the vibration was not there before the mount was put in and now it has shown up.

Try cleaning the MAF first - K&Ns are known to throw oil on the MAF and cause problems. Then see what happens. If it's still acting up, check the tranny mount - maybe not installed correctly or broke.

I've heard the energy suspension poly mount needs to be modified to work properly. Its sits the trans up too high and screws up the driveshaft angles. Try doing a search and see if you can find the answer. I'll search later tonite when I have more time also to see if I can find it.

Here's a good explanation of the mods.
mods for poly trans mount to eliminate driveshaft vibration

If you are running lean on both banks, that sounds like a vacuum leak to me...which would also cause your car to shake/vibrate at idle.
Your vibration under load though (cruising speed) sounds like either your poly mounts (what Cutlass said) or could even be your motor mounts possibly.
