    i hate yukon gears

    just put a set of yukon 373s in my factory 10 bolt and it makes a whine once you get to 35mph then any faster and it kind of goes away thinking about wasting more money and getting rid of these gears for some other gear set its to annoying.

    You are going to get gear whine with any gears once you go steeper in the 10 bolt.

    Did you break them in properly? You should do 500 miles of easy driving first and then change the fluid and check to make sure everything is still set correctly. Then you can do what you want.
