    Help with fluid.......

    Hey everyone i have about 104,000 miles on my car and i think it's about time for a fluid change in the rear end.....what is the best fluid to use? and how much does it use......any other suggestions for changing out the fluid would be helpful!! Thanks, Chris

    I donlt know about fluid, but any quality gear oil should do it. Aslong as it matches what GM recomends, or you can just get the dealer stuff and bottle of additive. Mine took the better part of two bottles I think.
    Also be patient There isn't a whole lot of room to get the fluid in. So it could take a while.

    I use moble1 can't remember the weight though it's been awhile just a guess I think it's 75w-90 but be sure you use the lsd additive with it.

    use Royal Purple 75-90, You will NOT need any additive.

    Just about all quality synthetic gear oil's already have the friction modifier in it. You just need to read the bottle, RP is not the only one to offer that.
