My 10 bolt was leaking at 11,000 miles on my garage queen car that was bone stock. Like I said, some people have better luck than others. I have a 9" now.

Hey look at my car it made it 10yrs and almost 75k before I broke my 1st gears and it wasn't till after passing 135 at WOT on a roadtrip to Dallas. Mide you the oil was old and I had running the car hard the previous weeks and it had some niose. But since the new gears and rebuilt kit it's fine and It's set to launch hard and shift at 6k in every gears so it chirps hard from the 1-2 shift and when you drop the pedal at 30 it'll light up the tires. I love catching a little sideways around a wide turn and usually end up with some old guy with his young GF in a C5 next to me any time I go out at night on weekend so I have to lauch it hard outta the hole incase his car is faster I can still beat him to the next light. I wasn't paying attention to one old man who waited till my A4 hit 3rd then he jumped on it so when my car downshifted with the Kumho's it spun b4 I could get grip then blew by him soon as I had traction. Think that's when I first heard the whine from the stock 3.23's. Just watched hard hard you dump the clutch and shift it's ok to have fun just don't beat on it all the time or it will break fast. get 100 or 150 mile breakin this time and make sure they use a good synthetic gear oil and the GM additive. My set came with 2qts of redline and a bottle of additive so that's what I run.

I like a car that actually goes forward when you press on the gas and wins races...not just sit there and spin the tires when you mash the gas....

When you press the brake, you flick the line lock switch and a solenoid cuts off the brake pressure going to the back brakes, but still leaves the fronts engaged. This way it's easier to do a burnout and not tear up your rear rotors in the process. When you are done, you flick the switch and pressure is back at all 4 wheels.

This is for like a standing still burn out such as at the track. If I want to do a burnout on the street I just dump the clutch.

My car dead hooks on a 1-2 shift and a 3-4 shift. It also dead hooks around corners when I nail it. At times I do miss getting the ass end swirly..but I rather hook.
