    What the stock gearing for a 99,M6 3.42

    Yep..

    98'-02' (could be the same for LT1s,not sure).

    3.42s for the M6 6 speeds.
    2.73s for stock A4 autos.
    3.23s for A4 autos w/performance axle option.
    All WS6,SS,Firehawk optioned A4 autos got the 3.23 option automatically.
