finish building the stock 10 bolt or save up for 9

ok so hears the deal i broke my stock axles at the strip so i got mosere axles and arp wheel studs to fix it because i didnt have the money for a 9 inch swap. i also got a mac diff cover and arp main studs the only thing left to make stronger is the ring gears and the lsd/locker. i can get a Eaton Detroit Truetrac locker for 375 and gears for 177. shuld i do it or shule i cut my losses and go to a 9inch by the way the is a m6 and i want to run street slicks

9 inch with 4.10 gears if you can afford it.

well being that i drive the car as my dd 410's is a hell no and im 19 making a 420 car payment and a 280 a mounth goes to state farm so money is not eazy to come by i make 17 an hr but still money is not endless

You would be surprised how little 4.10s will affect your mileage. Some people even get better mileage with them.

As far as putting more money into the 10 bolt. If you can don't. It has broken once and it will break again (GM gears are what I have found to be the best for the 10 bolt strengthwise). Sometimes it is impossible to get a better rear and you have to keep band aiding the 10 bolt. If you can't though it will just save you money in the long run if you plan on using sticky tires, which I assume you are since you have broken so much of it already.

Man 19, I remember those days. I pay $48 a month for full coverage on my Camaro. I guess that's what happens when you become older and "More responsible" In fact I only pay $673 every 6 months for all three of my cars fully covered. 2000 SS Camaro, 2006 Kia Rio, and a 2006 Dodge ram Mega Cab 2500 Diesel.

right now im running street tires 255 50 16 im looking at throwing a set of dr's on like 555r's but dont want to break my lsd as i sed i have ever thing else but locker and gears
