If this is going in a 10 bolt don't do it, save your money.....then by a 12 bolt or 9". I think Eaton is better, just personal experience.

I've avoided the Auburns for years. It used to be.....
They are a cone design, and are not rebuildable. Although Auburn offers a rebuild service for these, it's nothing more than machining the case and adding shims for preload. Not the best. They rely on the case for preload on the coans, once the case wears, it's done.
Maybe they have changed designs since, but I haven't used one in years.
I've used Eaton for many years. They were the manufacture for all the GM posi's throughout the 60's and 70's. They are a clutch design that uses springs for preload. The nicest feature, is that they are rebuildable later down the road. You can change the clutch packs, many different materials are offered, as well as change the spring rates for various preload settings. Basically you can tailor the setup to your preferance. The rebuild kits are still available from several suppliers.
