Auto to manual swap...what does it take?

Changing from an automatic to a 6 speed...obviously you'll need the clutch and master cylinder and a new console for the shifter. But what about the computer or anything I left out. Would it just need a reprogramming or a whole new one. Also, any issues with doing this that would need to be considered? TIA

Pedals, crossmember, Computer can be reprogrammed but you need to do some wiring for the car to start. Cant remember any of the other details.
