    Cool

Going from 342 to 373 gears may seem to others as a waste of time, and money but there is a big difference in performance.I just did it to one of my cars and it's like night and day.If my car was a track car I would do 410's but not on the street. I plain on going to 373's in my TA it now have 323's.

Can you explain why? Why not 342?

For performancewise.. 3.73 is really the highest the auto can go while still being streetable and stay in the power band.. and lots start with 323s.. so spending the time and money to upgrade to 342s isn't worth it.

Now with an M6.. 410/411s is about the most you can go with streetablility, etc.

But if you start with 273 are the 342 a good idea since you say the 373 is the highest is the highest the best?

most people who go 3.42's usually want more after they get used to those so just starting out with the 3.73's would save you time and $$$

The higher the hp the lower the gears.
