10 Bolt and Slicks

I have a 99 Z28 with the T56 - six speed. I'm thinking of getting slicks for some runs at the strip. Do you think my 10 Bolt rear will hold up? I currently have run 13.3 at 107 mph, w/ a 2.11 60 ft.
My mods are LS6 intake, ram air intake w/K&N, Bigger MAF, Magnaflow catback, and Hypertech Programmer.
The rear was just rebuilt with Motive 3.90 gears (Good ones - New ratio), Moser Axles, and all new bearings. Also, I have tubular LCA's and SFC's.

By, the way...do you think I can get into the 12's with the slicks and some good conditions?

I suffer from the same 60' disease you have. Slicks will fix that and easily put you in the 12's, as for the 10bolt it's a crap shoot as to how many launches it will take. Let me know what happens.

If you dump the clutch with slicks. Most likely the rear won't hold.

A friend broke his on slicks the first time out.
