    10 bolt question

looking to go to my next step, and wandering how much rwhp can my 10 bolt take? i laid down 350 rwhp on the dyno. i'm not hooking the tires real good right now do you guys think if i was hooking real good i would tear the 10 bolt up with 350 rwhp? should a 12 bolt be my next step?

I have seen stock M-6 cars blow out the 10 bolt. If you have a six speed, a Ford 9" is a much better option. It's cheaper, stronger, easier to work on, has more options, and is better suited to a manual transmission being able to take the abuse with out causeing gear whine.

What ever you do, don't waste money on a 10 bolt trying to "build it up" or put gears into it its a huge waste of money.

well it just really a waiting game really...just depends on how offten you abuse the rear..launching at 3000 rpm for a while will gernade it..as long as you keep care of the rear it will last maybe...there really is no time fram of when its going to go out on ya..or if you want all out fun just put a 9 inch and be done with it
