    Post Hypertech Power Programmer III (silverado 2003)

    Okay i have been using a Hypertech Power Programmer III on my 2003 Chevy Silverado 5.3 and i just can't get my tuning down on the Rev limit and shift points!! Was hoping i could get some help here. so please let me know something...
