    Front axel clicking noise

Well my 07 classic is about to hit 100000 miles and I noticed a clicking coming from the driver side when im turning im sure its the cv but wanted to know if their is a possibility of another part going bad and how bad this part is to change. Im getting ready to do a 100000 mile tune up and maintenance so this problem will probably be a big part of it.

Sounds like the half shaft to me. Another possibility is the steering shaft issue these trucks are known for. Has your truck had that taken care of? That usually manifests itself as a click that you can feel through the steering at low speeds. Again though, this sounds like a half shaft.

I'd say it's more of a clunk than a click in the intermediate shaft.

I agree, but one person's click is another's clunk
