Can we say tire frier? 5.3 I'm guessing or 4.8
Nevermind, just checked. It's a 5.3 liter. Damn. 300 hp in that little thing. Cool thing is you can get it in the 2wd models from what chevy is saying. Bet that's a fast truck.Last edited by Benner; 10-13-2008 at 09:54 AM.

M.R.M. & C.E. Yellow- 01 TA & 02 CETA
Thats pretty sick, i guess GM finally got a hint after so many people did it in their dimes and colorados! Talk about bad timing though, with the way gas is now and all, although it has been going down lately. Hopefully itll keep going that route so we can all continue to enjoy our cars and cool stuff like this!

Here in 5 to 8 years when they start dropping low in price they might make some nice drag/street trucks.

Silver- 2004 Silverado
I say this before researching. But I bet the the V8 isn't available with a reg cab. That would be one sporty little truck.

Do they offer the V8 w/ the 2wd and sport suspension code - ZQ8?
As someone else stated, the V8 in a single cab = fast little truck.
I had a sonoma for 5 years and I was sad to see the s-series trucks go away, but I do like the new trucks now as well.
Sold the sonoma 5 months ago for the SS. Life has been better ever since.

always dirty- 2013 Ram 2014 Caddy ATS
Was interested in getting one, but hated the idea of a I5. In a year or two something to consider. I wonder if the towing capacity is more now?
