4.8 and 5.3 identification
im going to look at picking up a 5.3 vortec out of an 02 tahoe. the engine is out of the vehicle. are there any clear signs of it being a 5.3 or a 4.8? also the 5.3 has the cathedral stlye ports on it right? i apologize ive been out of the camaro seen since the 3rd gens. but ive been wanting an lsx for sometime and ive found one for extremely cheap. i just want to make sure its what im actually looking for.
